Refunds
If you would like to withdraw from a course, please submit written notice via email at least three business days before the course begins to be eligible for a refund. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less than three days before a course begins.
Course fees of $50 or less are non-refundable unless we cancel the course.
All refunds are subject to existing policies with the concerned educational institutions offering the respective courses. Eagle Vivia does not take responsibility for the policies made by the respective educational institutions and their services. In case of the approval of a refund, Eagle Vivia will notify the customer in advance and remit the same within 5-7 working days.

To view course prices, you need to register your interest in Eagle Vivia and sign into your account. The registration process is free.
Price Variations
Eagle Vivia has been found to experiment with pricing quite a lot in the past.Users in different countries may see different prices (and of course different currencies).
Also, pricing of courses can be dynamic even for individual countries and users, meaning that prices can change according to Eagle Viviaʹs algorithms. However, our experience is that price changes are less frequent and less dramatic than on other course platforms.
